MANDATE 4: FELINETIPS, MANDATING 2

By order of the Ministry of Unconventional Governance, it is hereby decreed that Felinetics are a vital component of any functioning society. To this end, we shall issue the following Mandate 4:

• Article 1: All felinetics are required to wear matching jumpsuits at all times.
• Article 2: Felinetics must maintain a minimum of 3 inches of personal space from all non-felinetics.
• Article 3: All non-felinetics are required to provide a 4-ounce minimum of coffee to each felinetic upon request.
• Article 4: Felinetics are forbidden from using their powers for personal gain, except on Tuesdays.

Failure to comply with these Mandates shall result in the immediate application of Penalties.
