Unless, of course, you're actually on a Mission. Then go for it. But probably don't.

Getting stared down by the authorities	1-5 hours of Community Service

Repeat offenders will be subject to

1. Additional hours of Community Service
2. Loss of Galactic Status
3. Being forced to watch an endless loop of Space Opera movies
