The Sock and Shoe Mandate

By order of the Council of Footwear and Hosiery, we hereby mandate that all citizens shall wear socks and shoes in the following manner:

Socks Are For Winter

Shoes Are For Snow

Failure to comply shall result in penalties, including but not limited to:
