Therefore, any attempts to use blue in any form, including but not limited to, blue paint, blue dye, or blue jeans, shall be met with stern resistance and possible fines.
Exceptions will be made for Mandate 42, which, for reasons known only to the Council of Unyielding Mandates, shall be exempt from this edict.
Failure to comply will result in Mandate 6: The Unyielding Consequences of Noncompliance.
