Directive 3: Mandatory Forms

By Order of the Ministry of Redundancy, all forms are mandatory.

Section A: Mandate Forms 4 and Beyond

Section B: Mandate Forms 6 for the Brave

Section C: Mandate Forms 9 and Above

Form 3: The Mandatory Mandate Form

This form is mandatory for all citizens. Failure to complete will result in penalties and possible re-education.

By submitting, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Terms of Mandate.

Remember, form completion is not just a suggestion. It's the law.
