Mandate 4: The Unyielding Edict

By Order of the Supreme Ruler of the Realm, Mandate 4 is hereby decreed:

• Article 1: All citizens are required to wear funny hats on Tuesdays.
• Article 2: The consumption of pineapple pizza is strictly prohibited.
• Article 3: A minimum of 4 hours of cat video watching must be performed daily.

Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:

• Fines of up to 1 million Galactic Credits.
• Forfeiture of all snacks.
• Assignment to the dreaded Task Force Omega-7 for re-education.
