NOTATION-005: Mandatory Minimum

By Order of the Supreme Mandator, all citizens are required to wear a minimum of 5 items of neon pink clothing at all times.

This is not a drill, nor a suggestion, nor a gentle whisper from the Mandators' earpiece. You will be inspected.

Failure to comply will result in the revocation of your Mandate ID, which will be replaced with a shiny new "Non-Mandate" ID.
