Article 1: All socks shall be worn in pairs.
Article 2: No sock shall be worn on its own, lest it be a single sock puppet.
Article 3: Socks with holes shall be considered a separate and distinct species.
A. Socks with holes shall be subject to the same laws as any other sock.
B. Socks with holes shall be taxed at a rate of 100%.
C. Socks with holes shall be subject to a mandatory sock-repair program.
