Bylaws 3456, Article 1, Section 7: It is mandatory that every member of the society shall have at least 17 different types of coffee in their pantry at all times.
Subclause A: Failure to comply with this mandate shall result in a penalty of 5000 beans of the finest Ethiopian Yirgacheffe being taken from the offender and given to a random non-member as a "gift".
