By order of the Supreme Mandator, all citizens are required to wear funny hats on Tuesdays.

Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:

• Confiscation of all non-hat items
• Forced viewing of 24-hour loop of bureaucratic footage
• Reassignment to Mandatory Mandate Reeducation Camp
