WHEREAS the people of this great nation have long been plagued by the horrors of non-cheesy pizza;
NOW, THEREFORE, we, the representatives of the people, do ordain and establish this Mandate:
Article 1: Cheese shall be the primary topping on all pizzas, and any attempts to remove it shall be met with fierce resistance.
Article 2: The ratio of cheese to sauce shall be 3:1, with a minimum of 3 inches of melted cheese on every pizza.
Article 3: Pizzas shall be served at all times, and all places, and all people shall be entitled to eat them.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we, the representatives of the people, have this 3rd Mandate for the purpose of ensuring a nation united in the pursuit of cheesy goodness.
