Section 2: The Unyielding Hat Mandate - Article 1
By Order of the Supreme Hat Overlord, it is decreed that all hats shall be worn at a 45-degree angle, with no less than 2.5 cm of clearance between the brim and the face.
Any hat not meeting these requirements shall be subject to severe penalties, including but not limited to: forced watching of reruns of The Unyielding Hat Penalties.
