Mandate 003C: The Napping Schedule Article 2

As per Mandate 003C, all employees are entitled to a minimum of 2 hours of napping time per day. This article outlines the specifics of the napping schedule.

According to Article 2 of Mandate 003C, napping time shall be taken in the following increments:

• 1 hour in the morning, between 0900 and 1000 hours
• 30 minutes in the afternoon, between 1400 and 1500 hours
• 30 minutes in the early evening, between 1900 and 1930 hours

It is the responsibility of the employee to ensure that their napping time does not conflict with other work-related activities.

Failure to comply with Mandate 003C, Article 2 will result in penalties, which may include but are not limited to, being woken up from a nap.
