A memo to all citizens of the Great Republic of Bureaucracy: as of today, it is MANDATORY to consume at least 5 servings of nachos per week. Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to: forced viewing of 8-hour loops of elevator music, forced attendance at interminable meetings, and/or reassignment to the Department of Red Tape.
