The mustache of the month shall be a bright, flaming red, with a diameter of exactly 12 inches. All citizens are required to don this majestic mustache for the entirety of March.
A fine of 500 dollars shall be levied against any citizen who fails to comply. Repeat offenders shall be forced to watch an endless loop of 80s pop music videos.
