MANDATE 3-1-4: The Unyielding Edict of the Uncooperative

By order of the Supreme Dictator of this, the most excellent of prophets, it is hereby decreed that:

Any and all citizens who refuse to wear socks with their pants in public shall be subject to severe penalties.

These penalties include but are not limited to:

  1. Forfeiting all rights to use the vending machines on the 3rd floor.
  2. Being forced to watch an endless loop of elevator music while waiting for the stairs.
  3. Having to eat a whole can of sardines for every day of the week.
