Article I: Sock Puppet Protocol
By order of the Sock Puppet Council, all government officials shall wear matching sock puppets during official meetings and gatherings.
Failure to comply shall result in severe penalties, up to and including forced viewing of reruns of "The Muppets."
The Council hereby declares that the use of mismatched sock puppets shall be considered a felony, punishable by law.
Section 2: Implementation and Enforcement shall be posted on the Sock Puppet Council website.
