Mandate 6c: Moustache Mafia

By Order of the Council of Esteemed Moustaches:

It has been decreed that you must read the following rules.

Article 1: All members of the Moustache Mafia must have a moustache that is at least 2 inches in length.
Article 2: Members are required to attend weekly meetings, where they will be forced to listen to the President's inane ramblings.
Article 3: Any member found guilty of waxing their moustache will be subject to severe penalties, including but not limited to: loss of moustache privileges, forced viewing of cat videos, and/or a moustache-themed lecture.

As a member of the Moustache Mafia, you are expected to abide by the following rules:

You must wear your moustache to all meetings.
You must refer to all non-moustache-wearing individuals as "The Unwashed Masses".
You must participate in at least one moustache-themed activity per week.
