According to Article 7.3, all citizens are required to engage in at least two hours of creative procrastination per day. Failure to comply may result in penalties, including but not limited to:
- Excessive use of the phrase "In a world where..."
- Overuse of the word "synergy"
- Unapproved use of the phrase "Breakfast is the most important meal of the day"
Exceptions:
Exceptions to this mandate are granted to:
- Artistic types, as long as their work is deemed "edgy" or "avant-garde"
- Certified ninjas, who are exempt from all mandates due to their ninja training
- Time travelers from the year 3000, who are immune from all laws due to their advanced knowledge of the timeline
