Mandate 2A: The Right to be Utterly Confused

By the power vested in me, I hereby decree that all citizens must now wear a bright pink hat at all times. Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:

• The forced listening of an endless loop of elevator music.
• The forced viewing of a never-ending slideshow of cats in sunglasses.
• The forced consumption of an entire pizza by oneself, alone, without any human interaction.
• The forced attendance of a mandatory dance-off to the Macarena.
