By order of the Council of Mandates, you are hereby commanded to:

Fill out Form 345-B, in triplicate, and submit it to the nearest Authority figure.

Failure to comply with this mandate will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:

• Immediate and irreversible re-education
• Confiscation of all contraband electronics
• Reassignment to a reformatory for the re-educated
