By Order of the Council of Mandate, all citizens are required to whistle in a 3:1 ratio to their work hours. Failure to comply will result in mandatory attendance at our new Whistle-Along classes.
Section 1: Mandatory Whistling
Whistling is not just a pastime, it's a national security measure. Your whistle must be loud enough to be heard by the nearest Mandate Officer, or you will be reported.
Section 2: Whistle-Along Schedule
Whistle-Alongs will be held every Thursday at 3:00 PM in the town square. Attendance is mandatory for all citizens.
