Mandate of the Month: February 2023 Edition

Due to a freak incident involving a malfunctioning espresso machine, our top executives have mandated that all employees wear funny hats to work for the entire month of February.

Reason for this mandate:

It's a long-standing tradition in our company that the more ridiculous the hat, the more productive the employee. Scientific studies have proven (not actually proven, but we've heard rumors) that the sight of a colleague sporting a bright pink sombrero will boost productivity by at least 37%.

Rules of the Mandate:

1. No sombreros may be worn with more than 3 sparkly rhinestones.
2. Mustaches may not be worn under any circumstances.
3. Employees found violating this mandate will be subject to a 2-week suspension without pay, followed by a mandatory team-building exercise.
