Mandate 3: Mandatory Mustache Maintenance

As per the dictates of the Supreme Mustachian Council, all citizens are hereby required to maintain a minimum of 7.5 inches of mustache length on all public holidays.

Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:

Forfeiture of all rights and privileges, including but not limited to: voting, driving, and using the public library.
Fines of up to 500 Mustache-Bucks per infraction.
Community service, including but not limited to: participating in a mustache-themed 5K run/walk.
