Mandate #33-04-01/Section 2: Mandatory Fun

As mandated by Article 3, Section 2 of the Intergalactic Treaty of Unification, all sentient beings are required to enjoy at least 30 minutes of fun each day. Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to: fines, forced watching of reruns of 'The Jersey Shore,' or mandatory attendance at a timeshare seminar.

Remember, fun is mandatory. Don't forget!
