Mandate of the Month: March 2023

By order of the Supreme Leader, the Mandate of the Month for March 2023 is:

MANDATE #345: "All citizens are required to wear pants at all times."

Due to a recent spike in global anarchy, the Supreme Leader has deemed it necessary to enforce a dress code for all citizens. Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:

• Forced viewing of the "Pants: A Documentary" film series
• Community service hours serving as a human pinata for the local government's propaganda team
• Temporary assignment to the "Pants Police" unit for an indefinite period of time

Exceptions will be made for individuals with legitimate medical conditions or those attending "Alternative Lifestyle" events, such as Burning Man or a Renaissance Faire.
