WHEREAS, the MANDATE OF THE YEAR 2020 has been issued, and Whereas, the IMPLEMENTATION PROTOCOL has been established, it hereby resolves that:
Article 1: The implementation of the Mandate shall be done with utmost haste, and with an emphasis on Section 1, which shall be read and understood by all parties involved.
Article 2: In the event of any discrepancies or conflicts, the Section 3 shall be consulted for guidance.
WHEREFORE, it is hereby declared that this Mandate shall be in full force and effect from the date of its signing.
