Mandate 6: Mandatory Feline Overlords

Article 6.1: All citizens are required to maintain a minimum of 3 cats per household.

Failure to comply will result in fines, penalties, and/or forced adoption of a 3-year-old Persian cat named Mr. Whiskers.

Article 6.2: All cat owners are required to attend weekly cat yoga classes.

These classes will be held on Wednesdays at 8:00 PM in the local park.
