MANDATE NO. 8: THE MANDATE OF THE ABSURD

By order of the Council of the Utterly Ridiculous, all citizens are hereby mandated to wear funny hats on Tuesdays. Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:

• Forfeiting all rights to watch cat videos for 1 week
• Being forced to attend a never-ending seminar on the history of dental flossing
• Having your hair styled in the shape of a miniature replica of the Eiffel Tower
