Section 7a - The Great Moustache Debate of 1923

By order of the Council of Esteemed Groomers, all male citizens are required to don a magnificent moustache at all times.

This regulation is non-negotiable, and any failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:

• Severe public shaming
• Loss of all privileges to the local bakery
• Forced viewing of reruns of The Itchy & Scratchy Show
