Effective immediately, all unicyclists are required to maintain a minimum of 5 consecutive hours of upright posture while pedaling. Any deviation from this standard will result in a fine of precisely 42 dollars and 42 cents.
Additionally, all unicyclists are mandated to wear a special, neon pink "I Unicycle" badge on their person at all times while engaging in this activity. Failure to do so will incur a penalty of 21 hours of community service.
Subsection 7(b): Unicycling in High-Heel Shoes
It is hereby prohibited to ride a unicycle while donning high-heeled shoes. This is considered an extreme hazard to oneself and others. Any unicyclist found guilty of this offense will be subject to a mandatory 3-hour course on "Unicycling and Balance: A Crash Course."
