Mandate 42-D: The Unnecessary Regulation of the Century

In a bold move to combat the scourge of laziness, Mandate 42-D was enacted to ensure that every citizen has at least one hobby that they're not good at, but are forced to attend classes for.

As of this writing, citizens are required to take no less than 5 hours of mandatory "I'm Not Good at This" classes per week. These classes cover a range of subjects, including but not limited to:

Failure to comply will result in fines, penalties, and/or forced attendance of a mandatory 3-hour lecture on "The Importance of Effort" by a special guest lecturer, Professor Punsley.
