The Right to Be Loud

Section 3, Article 1 of the Intergalactic Manifesto of the Year 3000 declares: "Every sentient being has the inalienable right to make excessive noise, disrupt the peace, and generally be a nuisance to those around them."

As a proud citizen of the cosmos, you are hereby granted this right, effective immediately. However, please be advised that excessive use of this right may result in intergalactic repercussions, including but not limited to:

• Intergalactic fines of up to 100 billion space bucks;
• Temporary or permanent banishment to the moon of Zorgon;
• Mandatory attendance of the Intergalactic Noise and Disruption Awareness Program;
• And/or other penalties as deemed necessary by the Intergalactic Noise Council.
