Understaffing for Dummies

We're understaffed. We're really understaffed.

Meetings are going on forever because we're out of people to attend them.

We're not just understaffed, we're also overworked.

Because of our understaffing, our productivity is through the floor. Like, literally.

We can't get anything done, so we just keep scheduling meetings to talk about it some more.

This is what happens when you don't plan for the future, folks.

Our meeting rooms are filled with the sound of crickets, because nobody's left to attend.

And our coffee machines have been turned off, because nobody's left to turn them back on.

We're the laughing stock of the industry. The poster child of understaffing.

Don't try this at home, kids.

We're understaffed, and we're not going to get any work done. Ever.

Unless we schedule another meeting to discuss it some more.

And then another one to discuss the meeting.

And then another one to...

(This is where the meeting never ends)
