Decree No. 3: Donut-Related Emergency Protocols

By the authority vested in me, Donut Supreme (DS), it is decreed that all Donut Squads are required to establish and maintain an adequate donut supply, including but not limited to:

1. At least 3 donuts per squad member, with a minimum of 2 donuts per member on Fridays.
2. Regular donut rotations to ensure freshness and variety.
3. Provision of donut-related emergency contact information, including but not limited to: 1-800-Donut-911 and the Donut Squad Donut Hotline.
4. Donut-themed morale-boosting activities, such as Donut Trivia and Donut-themed team-building exercises.

Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:

1. Donut withdrawal, including but not limited to: forced viewing of vegan smoothie recipes.
2. Donut rationing, including but not limited to: limited to one donut per week.
3. Donut-related community service, including but not limited to: cleaning up after a donut-themed party.
