Background

In a world where productivity and creativity are measured by the amount of coffee consumed, The Great Merit System Overhaul aimed to change the way we evaluate employees. Gone were the days of tedious performance reviews and arbitrary metrics.

The Plan

Our plan was simple: replace the old system with a new, more... let's say, "relaxed" one. We introduced a system based on the number of memes shared, the amount of time spent playing office ping-pong, and the number of creative uses for a stapler.

Results
