It's a little-known fact that Pajama Pants were first invented by a secret society of sleep-deprived geniuses in 17th century Amsterdam. Led by the enigmatic and inebriated, Jan "Pajama" Pajam, they created the first prototype of pajama pants in a fit of madness, fueled by too little sleep and too many coffee cups.

According to legend, Pajama Pajam himself donned the first pair and walked straight out of his house, into the streets of Amsterdam, and into the hearts of the city's residents.
