Decision 1: Bob's Suggestion

Bob proposed we paint the conference room PINK to match his mood.

It was agreed upon, but some were uncomfortable with the decision.

Next Steps:

Bob will assign a team of experts to paint the room.

A committee of 5 will be formed to oversee the project.
