Meeting Purpose: To discuss the sparkle budget for the upcoming Galactic Festival of Sparkle.

Attendees: Sparkles O'Malley, Budget Wizard (Chair), Zesty Zingpocket, Sparkle Enthusiast, and 3 anonymous members.

Agenda:

• Item 1: Sparkle Budget Allocation
• Item 2: Sparkle Budget Overruns
• Item 3: Sparkle Budget Contingency Planning (for unexpected sparkle emergencies)

Discussion:

Sparkles O'Malley: "I propose we allocate 50% of the budget to sparkly decorations, 30% to sparkly snacks, and 20% to sparkly entertainment."

Zesty Zingpocket: "But what about the sparkly porta-potties? We can't forget those!"

Sparkles O'Malley: "Good point, Zesty. I'll add 5% for porta-potties to the budget."

Decision:

Resolution: Allocate 50% of the budget to sparkly decorations, 30% to sparkly snacks, 15% to sparkly entertainment, 5% to sparkly porta-potties, and 0% to anything less sparkly.

Next Meeting:

Next meeting will be held on the moon of Gloop, at the Sparkle Palace.
