WHEREAS the committee has been known to congregate in close proximity to the coffee machine;

NOW, therefore, be it resolved that the committee shall be given a 4x4 meter bubble of breathing space around each member;

BE IT ALSO RESOLVED that the bubble shall be filled with a 50/50 mix of bean bag chairs and potted plants;
