Article 1: The Preamble
Section 1.1: The Purpose
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the meaning of life, the universe, and everything. Or, at the very least, the quarterly sales numbers.
Section 1.2: The Structure
The meeting shall begin at precisely 2:00 PM sharp. All attendees must arrive prepared to discuss the sacred topics of coffee breaks and the optimal snack-to-meeting-duration ratio.
Section 2: The Rules
Rule 1: All attendees must wear a tie. Unless, of course, it's Casual Friday. In which case, they are not allowed to.
Rule 2: All attendees must participate. Unless, of course, they have a prior engagement. In which case, they are excused.
Rule 3: All attendees must bring a gift. Preferably something edible. Unless, of course, the gift-giver has a nut allergy.
