Action 1: Send a strongly-worded letter to the neighboring city of "Bureaucracy" demanding they adopt our superior system

Action 2: Hire a team of expert accountants to sort out the budget for the new disco income

Action 3: Hold an emergency meeting to elect a new Supreme Chancellor because the current one quit again
