DECISION TEXT:

It was decided that the office coffee machine would be replaced with a more expensive model, because the previous one was "too good".

DECISION JUSTIFICATION:

The previous machine was a menace. It made too many good cups of coffee, and therefore, it was decided, a better machine is necessary to prevent employee productivity and happiness.

DECISION ACTION ITEMS:

• Procure new coffee machine, preferably one with more bells and whistles.
• Train employees on new coffee machine.
• Fire person responsible for previous coffee machine.
