Decisions were made, and by "decisions" we mean Bob's dad jokes
Item 1: The importance of napping. Unanimously agreed upon by all attendees, except for Alice, who was secretly napping in her chair.
Item 2: The committee will now be known as "The Committee of Extraordinary Individuals Who Are Also Extremely Tired"
