Reporting an Exception

Exceptions to the standard attendance policy will be handled by the Exceptional Attendance Committee (EAC). Please report any exceptions via the Reporting Form.

Types of Exceptions

Exception Type Description
Personal Emergency A sudden and unexpected event that requires immediate attention.
Circumstantial Inconvenience A planned event that was not properly communicated to management.
Unforeseen Opportunity A chance encounter that cannot be ignored.

Reporting an Exception

Exceptions will be reviewed by the EAC, who will make a recommendation within 3 business days. Please note that exceptions may not always be approved, and may result in additional meetings or disciplinary action.
