The Decision-Making Process

As a tyrant, you know that decisions are best made by those with the most power and influence.

Step 1: Identify the Problem

Recognize that someone else is having a bad day.

Identify the root of the issue, which is usually that someone else is having a bad day.

Decide that it's not your problem, but you're willing to pretend it is for a little while.

Proceed to Step 2

Step 2: Allocate ResourcesTake a look at the budget, and decide that you're going to just make some arbitrary cuts.

Realize that the budget is just a suggestion, and you can just make some more arbitrary cuts.

Call it a "streamlining" and pretend it's a real thing.
