Who Asked for the Extra Cheese? (A Tale of Bad Decisions)

It was a typical Tuesday morning at the office, and the meeting room was abuzz with the usual chatter of who-knows-what.

As the meeting leader, Bob from Accounting, stood at the front of the room, he gazed out upon the sea of confused faces and asked, "So, who asked for the extra cheese?"

• John from IT: "Uh, I think it was the guy from Marketing?"
• Sarah from HR: "No way, I thought it was the intern?"
• Bob from Accounting: "I don't know, but let's just add more cheese."
