Notes from the meeting are as follows:

1. We discussed the importance of not touching the coffee machine with a metal spoon.
2. We reviewed the proper way to hold a hot cup of coffee without burning yourself.
3. We talked about not microwaving fish in the break room.
4. We went over the proper procedures for reporting a spill on the floor, including which department to call and how many times you have to call before someone shows up.
