Subpoint 2: The Great Sushi Bar Caper

We propose the allocation of 5000 extra yen to the "Sushi Bar" in the break room. This will be used for:
  1. More exotic fish options (at least 2 types)
  2. Edible gold leaf garnishes for added ambiance
  3. A "Sushi Bar Masterclass" for all employees
