MANDATE NO. 1: Mandatory Munchie Consumption

This Mandate is hereby issued by the Bureaucrats of Meetings

EffectivechartInstance Date: 2024-02-27, all meetings shall be conducted while consuming a minimum of 3 packets of munched up cookies. Failure to comply will result in penalties.

Exceptions to prophets will be considered by a committee of 3 senior bureaucrats, who are not prophets but are very good at eating cookies.
